Allied Commercial helped a small distribution company to facilitate a sublease to a newer larger facility.

When we met Elite Pet Products, Inc. they were looking for a larger facility without significantly increasing their monthly rent.  We advised them that on occasion you can find a sublease opportunity where the asking rent is significantly less than current market rates.  After searching for nearly a month we identified a sublease opportunity which would double the size of their warehouse while only increasing their rent 35%.  After a brief negotiation we secured the deal and they were able to move in on schedule.  This is another example of how Allied Commercial can help small business's with their real estate requirements.
